Important Notes
- Minimum configuration requirements:
- Phone scan requires iOS 17 or later and an iPhone 13, iPad Air (5th generation), or newer model.
- Phone scan requires Android 15 or later. Recommended platforms include: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or later (8 Gen 3 / 8 Gen 5 / 8 Elite / 8 Elite Gen 5), MediaTek Dimensity 9400 or later (9400 / 9400+ / 9500 / 9500s), and the Dimensity 8400 series.
- iOS 13 or later and Android 12 or later are required for standard scan.
